Meet Dr. Singleton

First and foremost, we love what we do!

Working together as a team, Dr. Singleton and Dr. Sherwood strive for one common goal – to support one another in their individual tasks in order to guarantee that each child receives the highest level of care.

Dr. Singleton and his family moved to Austin from Fort Worth in 2007. His 2 children, Carter and Zane, keep him and his wife, Heather, very busy. Dr. Singleton’s expertise, along with his gentle and compassionate demeanor compliments our practice.

Dr. Singleton is a 1998 cum laude graduate of Texas Christian University. He attended the University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio graduating magna cum laude with his DDS degree in 2002. After completing 2 years of specialized training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas Houston Dental Branch and Herman Memorial Hospital. Dr. Singleton was an associate in private practice in Fort Worth for 3 ½ years before making Austin home.

Dr. Singleton is board certified and a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of both the local and national organized dental academies. He also enjoys volunteering his time with Christina’s Smile Austin, Heart Gift, Special Olympics, and the Downs Syndrome Society of Central Texas.
